HONOLULU (Hawaii News Now) – Chef Chai is teaming up with Olympic Gold medalist Bryan Clay and Miss Universe Brook Lee for a new TV show that features the best of Hawaii. It’s called “Passport Hawaii” and Chai Chaowasaree will highlight local specialties, like Kula’s lavender. This morning, he cooked up a Pork Sandwich with lavender that will be featured in the premiere episode of Passport Hawaii.
